You are eligible for a full refund if your request meets any of the following conditions:

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, debit card). We are unable to issue refunds to a different account, card, or via cash, store credit, or any alternate payment method.
If you wish to cancel an order before the license key has been delivered or activated, contact us immediately at support@antivirusdock.com. Orders cancelled before delivery are eligible for an instant full refund. Once a license key has been issued and delivered to your email, the standard 30-day refund eligibility rules in Section 2 apply.
We encourage you to contact our support team directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in a temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
For standalone technical support plans (not tied to a software license purchase), refunds are available if our support team is unable to resolve your reported issue within the agreed service window. If a fix was successfully delivered and confirmed by you, the support service is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase.
